• Memory Data: Photos, notes, voice recordings, locations, mood entries, and future letters you create within the app.

• Usage Data: Basic analytics such as pages visited and features used.

Your data is stored securely on Cloudflare's infrastructure. We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) for data in transit and encryption at rest. Your password is hashed using PBKDF2 with a strong salt. We never store or have access to your plaintext password.

We do not sell your personal data. We only share your information:

• With your explicit consent (e.g., inviting a partner to your space).
• With service providers who assist in operating our service (e.g., Cloudflare for hosting and infrastructure).
• When required by law or to protect our rights.

6. Your Data, Your Control

You have full control over your data:

• Export: You can export all your data at any time from the Settings page.
• Delete: You can delete individual memories or your entire account.
• Access: You can view all your data within the app at any time.

7. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days. Some anonymized, non-identifiable data may be retained for analytics purposes.

8. Cookies & Tracking

We use minimal cookies necessary for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or tracking pixels.

9. Children's Privacy

MemoryKeeper is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
